The Hotel Continental Wellness & Spa lies in a quiet, panoramic position directly overlooking Lake Garda, on the tip of the Sirmione peninsula. The historic village – among the most appreciated destinations all over Lake Garda – can be easily reached with a few minutes’ walk from the Hotel: only 200 meters away there are the Thermal Baths of Sirmione, 700 meters away the Scaligero Castle, gateway to the historic center, 1 km away the Roman ruins of the famous “Grottoes of Catullus”.

The Hotel is on the western shore of the Sirmione peninsula and offers an extraordinary lake view. At a short distance from the Hotel, there are other well-known resorts, like Desenzano (10 km), Peschiera (12 km), Lazise (27 km), Bardolino (32 km), Punta S. Vigilio (42 km) and Malcesine (65 km). In less than one hour by car, it is possible to reach the city of Verona, Mantua, and Valpolicella.

How to reach us

The Hotel lies in Sirmione’s historic center, with limited access to cars: anyway, our guests have the right to access and use our private indoor and outdoor parking. Alternatively, it is possible to take advantage of our practical transfer service to and from airports and stations:

By car

Sirmione can be reached through the A4 Milan-Venice motorway taking the Sirmione exit, 9 km away from the Hotel. To be able to reach the Hotel by car it is necessary to communicate in advance your car’s number plate to the Hotel and your booking data to the police center placed at the entrance of the historic center, next to the Scaligero Castle.

By train

The Hotel is 7 km away from Desenzano del Garda-Sirmione railway station and 8 km away from Peschiera del Garda station, on the line Milan-Venice, served by regional and high speed trains. From the stations, it is possible to reach the Hotel by taxi or booking a private transfer through our reception.

By plane

The closest airports are Verona (25 km), Brescia-Montichiari (30 km) and Bergamo-Orio al Serio (80 km). Those arriving by plane can reach the Hotel booking a transfer service through our Hotel’s reception.
